#1 What does “development-only pricing” mean? good-first-issue
The package price covers design and development of your website. Things that vary per client, payment gateways, third-party APIs, hosting, and domain, are set up separately, on your accounts, so you own them and pay their fees directly.
#2 Which package should I pick? question
If you are new and need to be found, Launch. If you have real services and staff, Business (our most commissioned WordPress package). If you sell online, E-commerce. If your project is a product, portal, or app, talk to us about Signature or Platform.
#3 Can I move up a package later? roadmap
Yes. Every WordPress package is built so it can grow. If you outgrow it, we quote the extension without rebuilding what already works.
#4 Do you write the copy and take the photos? scope
Copywriting and photography are not included by default, we brief you on what pages need. If you would like us to handle either, we quote them alongside the package.
#5 How long does a project take? timing
WordPress projects run 3 to 8 weeks depending on package and content readiness. Custom projects run 8 weeks to 6 months, scoped up front with milestones.
#6 What happens after launch? sla
Every package ships with an SLA, one, two, three, four, or six months depending on the tier. During that window we fix bugs, tune performance, and train your team. After it you can move onto our AMC or handle it yourself.
