How is bulk SMS priced?
Per SMS, prepaid. You top up credits and each send debits your wallet. One flat rate applies whether you send OTPs, alerts, or promotions, the more you buy, the lower the per-SMS cost. VAT (13%) is added at checkout.
What is a message segment?
A standard GSM-7 SMS holds 160 characters. Anything longer splits into 153-char segments. Devanagari or emoji switches encoding to Unicode UCS-2 (70 chars per segment). Each segment counts as one SMS.
Can I send to numbers on the DND registry?
Only transactional messages (OTPs, order updates, banking alerts) reach DND numbers. Promotional messages are automatically filtered, your reports show them separately as DND-blocked.
Do credits expire?
Credits stay in your wallet for 12 months from the last top-up. Send anything to reset the clock. Unused balance can be transferred to another account but is non-refundable.
